1.The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF PALO, LEYTE BARANGAY TACURANGA through the DF Continuing 2022-2024 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED THIRTY PESOS AND 79/100 (Php1, 499, 130.79) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE CANAL and with Ref. No. BLGU-TACURANGA-2026-04-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF PALO, LEYTE BARANGAY TACURANGA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 45 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
