The Barangay San Roque, Culaba, Biliran, through the Budget for the General Appropriation Act of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand pesos (Php200, 000.00) being the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Drainage Canal. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Barangay San Roque now invites bids for the Construction of Drainage Canal. Completion of the works is required within the V Bidders should have completed, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section
