Invitation to Bid for CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE CANAL

1) The Barangay of Gabor Norte, Sta. Cruz, Ilocos Sur through the 20% Fund FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Php 150, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE CANAL Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Barangay of Gabor Norte, Sta. Cruz, Ilocos Sur now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE CANAL Completion of the Works is required 10 CD. Bidders should have completed, within 60 CD from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. (ITB).

3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
