1. The BLGU-6, GIPORLOS EASTERN SAMAR, through the 20% BDF FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2026 intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php300, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Drainage Canal with Project Identification No. INFRA 2026-01-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
