Description : 1) The National Irrigation Administration-Cotabato Irrigation Management Office, through the Government of the Philippines (GOP), General Appropriations Act (GAA)- 2026 intends to apply the sum of Nineteen Million Three Hundred Twenty-Three Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty-Five Pesos & 77/100 (Php 19, 323, 855.77) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Diversion Dam for Dalapuan CIS Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Cotabato Irrigation Management Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 270 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly; in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
