Mariehamns Bioenergi Ab hereby invites applications to participate in procurement in accordance with the notice of procurement and its annexes for the construction of a complete district heating plant (MBIO 8 MW) for solid biofuels at Fabriksgatan 10 in Mariehamn on Åland. The object of the procurement is the construction of a complete district heating center in Mariehamn. The procurement contract covers all work, planning and all equipment needed for heat production, such as earthwork, building, heating boiler, flue gas cleaning, fuel management, flue gas heat recovery systems, electrification, automation and all other necessary process equipment required for the production of district heating. The contract is intended to be a so-called "turnkey project". The contract is one total price contract where all work and materials etc. included in the fixed price. The details and terms of the contract will be specified during the negotiation process. The procurement and project language is Swedish. The supplier's site manager and designers who have contact with the client and the client's representatives must be able to communicate both orally and in writing with excellent knowledge of Swedish.
