Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of furniture and equipment to the District Headquarters of the State Fire Service and the Rescue and Firefighting Unit in Garwolin.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order.3. The contractor, when calculating the offer price, is obliged to take into account all costs related to the execution of the order in accordance with the provisions of the SWZ, including the costs specified in Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ Description of the Subject of the Order, until the Ordering Party accepts the subject of the order without any reservations. The contractor is obliged to fulfill it all required items of Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ Assortment and Price Form, and submit it together with the offer. The completed Assortment and Price Form constitutes an integral part of the offer.4.
