INFRA - C - 024. Construction of District 3 Emergency Operation Center (EOC) at Brgy. Santor, Tanauan City, Batangas
1) The Provincial Government of Batangas, through the 70% Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Pesos Only (₱8, 000, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the Construction of District 3 Emergency Operation Center (EOC) at Brgy. Santor, Tanauan City, Batangas
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Notice of Award (NOA) will only be issued to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bidder (LCRB) when the fund is downloaded to the Provincial Government of Batangas.
2) The Provincial Government of Batangas now invites bids for the above infrastructure project. Completion of the Works required is One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days.
