1. The Barangay Local Government Units of Sta. Barbara, Rapu-Rapu, Albay through the Approved Budget CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (P 100, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the 20% EDF Projects CY-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Local Government Units of Sta, Barbara, Rapu-Rapu, Albay now invites bids for the 20% EDF Projects CY-2026. Completion of the Works is required within 90 days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
