1) The City Government of Zamboanga through the GENERAL FUND (AB FY 2026 20% DF) intends to apply the sum of THIRTY MILLION PESOS ONLY (P30, 000, 000.00) BEING THE APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT (ABC) TO PAYMENTS UNDER THE CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF DETENTION POND WITH PUMPING SYSTEM AT ZCHS-MAIN, TETUAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Zamboanga now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF DETENTION POND WITH PUMPING SYSTEM AT ZCHS-MAIN, TETUAN. Completion of the Works is required in One Hundred Seventy-Five Calendar Days (175 CD). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
