Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the preparation of complete design and cost estimate documentation necessary for the implementation of the investment consisting in the organization of the Dorane Shelter (MDS) in the ground floor of the building of the Local Government Kindergarten No. 2 in Sukowice, located at ul. 1 Maja 56, 32-440 Sukowice, on plots no. 774, 772/1, 772/2, 772/3, 773 and 1136.2. The contractor will develop a land development design, an architectural and construction design and a technical design in accordance with the Law construction. The design documentation should be developed in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, in particular the Construction Law, the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Act, the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of July 9 2025 on the conditions for organizing and requirements that emergency shelter places should meet, applicable standards, technical conditions and industry regulations.3.
