The subject of the order are construction works in the design and build formula, consisting in the design and construction of an indoor ice rink with dimensions of an ice surface of 40 m x 20 m at ul. Kasprowicza 16 in Pruszcz Gdaski, in accordance with the description of the subject of the order (program functional and utilitarian). The Ordering Party envisages two stages of execution of the order: Stage I: designing an indoor ice rink with dimensions of an ice surface of 40 m x 20 m at ul. Kasprowicza 16 in Pruszcz Gdaski, in accordance with the description of the subject of the order provided by the Ordering Party and in accordance with the provisions of law and the principles of current technical knowledge, within the deadlines specified in the Agreement, along with obtaining a final building permit decision for the Ordering Party; Stage II: construction of an indoor ice rink with the dimensions of an ice surface 40 m x 20 m at ul. Kasprowicza 16 in Pruszcz Gdaski in accordance with the description of the subject of the order, including the documentation prepared for the design and handing over to the Ordering Party of the built indoor ice rink with ice surface dimensions of 40 m x 20 m at ul. Kasprowicza 16 in Pruszcz Gdaskie along with obtaining an occupancy permit for the Ordering Party;
