Invitation to Bid for CONSTRUCTION OF DENTAL CLINIC (PHASE-3)
1) The Local Government Unit of Victoria, Northern Samar, through the Supplemental AIP No. 1, 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Forty Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Two Pesos and 57/100 (Php 449, 972.57) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF DENTAL CLINIC (PHASE-3). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LGU- Victoria, Northern Samar now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF DENTAL CLINIC (PHASE-3). Completion of the Works is required within Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in (ITB).
