CONSTRUCTION OF DEL POTABLE WATER SYSTEM
Name of Project
1. The City Government of Mati, through the DILG - Bottoms-Up Budgeting (BUB) 2016 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Sixty Four Thousand Four Hundred Seventy Eight Pesos & 85/100 (Php2, 564, 478.85) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of DEL Potable Water System. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Mati now invites bids for the Construction of DEL Potable Water System including Well Drilling, Pumping Machinery, GI Pipes and Fittings, Reinforcing Steel, Structural Concrete, Pipe Trench Excavation, Pipe Trench Backfill, Polyethylene (PE) Plastic Pipe, Pumphouse, and Fence at Sitio Pagsilaan, Brgy. Don Enriquez Lopez, City of Mati, Province of Davao Oriental. Completion of the Works is required Ninety (90) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project at least 50% of the ABC. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instruction to Bidder.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the -A"Government Procurement Reform Act-A
