1. The subject of the contract is the construction of well No. 6 in the area of ​​the groundwater intake in the town of Porba on plot No. 153/5, sheet 2, area 0065 Porba, registration unit 161104_5 Lenica - rural area, for the purpose of supplying water to the group waterworks (i.e. as a supplementary well within the current, approved water resources of the intake). 2.
