Description : Prospective bidders should possess a valid PCAB license applicable to the contract, have completed a similar contract with a value of at least 50% of the ABC. The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the eligibility check/screening as well as the preliminary examination of bids. The BAC will conduct post-qualification to the lowest calculated bid.
Bid Documents are available during office hours starting July 22, 2026, at the BAC-Secretariat, Cudal, Barangay Hall and upon payment of a non-refundable amount for bid documents as shown above to the BLGU Cashier, Office of the Punong Barangay.
All sealed bid proposals should be received by the BAC Chairman/Secretariat on or before August 03, 2026, Monday, 10:00AM at the BAC Meeting Room, Punong Barangay Office, Cudal Tabuk City .
The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids or part thereof, or to waive formality therein and/or to accept the bids as may be considered most advantageous to the Barangay Local Government Unit of Cudal, Tabuk City.
