Barangay Tawagan Sur, Pagadian City
1. The Barangay Tawagan Sur, through the Barangay Economic Development Fund (20% EDF 2026), funds for the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for “CONSTRUCTION OF DAY CARE CENTER AT PUROK SANTAN”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.
2. The Barangay Tawagan Sur now invites Bids for CONSTRUCTION OF DAY CARE CENTER AT PUROK SANTAN at Barangay Tawagan Sur, Pagadian City. Completion of the works is required Ninety (90) Calendar Days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have Completed within Five (5) Years from the date of Submission and receipt of Bids, a Contract similar to the Subproject. The Description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in section II.
