CONSTRUCTION OF DAY CARE CENTER AT LUBIGAN
1) The CITY GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBOANGA through the GENERAL FUND (AB FY 2025 20% DF/SB1 FY 2026 20% DF) intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY-TWO THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P3, 882, 000.00) being the approved budget for the contract (abc) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF DAY CARE CENTER AT LUBIGAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Zamboanga now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF DAY CARE CENTER AT LUBIGAN. Completion of the Works is required in One Hundred Thirty-Nine Calendar Days (139 CD). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
