1) The Municipality of Compostela, through the 20% Development Fund (CO) CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (4, 700, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Dance Studio - Sports Complex at Purok 7, Barangay Poblacion. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Compostela now invites bids for Construction of Dance Studio - Sports Complex at Purok 7, Barangay Poblacion. Completion of the Works is required 180 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
