1. The NIA - Palawan Irrigation Management Office, through the General Appropriation Act (GAA) 2026 intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Three Million Seventy-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Five Pesos and 5/100 (33, 079, 505.05) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract name Construction of Dam Structures of Ransang SIP, Jose P. Rizal, Palawan with Contract Number: PALIMO-SIP-RNSNG-35M-CY2026-02. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The NIA - Palawan Irrigation Management Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Three Hundred (300) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years, a contract similar to the Project.
