Description : 1) The Municipality of Esperanza, through the General (GAD) Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php2, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Dakutan Child Development Center. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



2) The Municipality of Esperanza now invites bids for Construction of (6mx8m) Daycare Center with CR, ceiling, tiles, plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, painting and basic amenities with 4mx7m dirty kitchen, located at Dakutan, Esperanza, Agusan del Sur Completion of the Works is required 120 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within “within five (5) years” from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
