Description : 1) The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office- MIMAROPA (DA-RFO-MIMAROPA) through the FY2026 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Five Million Four Hundred Forty-Four Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty-Nine Pesos & 97/100 (Php5, 444, 889.97) representing the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the Construction of DA Integlab Gates and Perimeter Fence. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DA-RFO-MIMAROPA now invites bids for the above procurement project using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB) award criterion. Completion of works is required in one hundred sixty-eight (168) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
