Description : 1.The Barangay Local Government Unit of Barangay San Roque, Jipapad, Eastern Samar through Its 20% intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Four Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-Six Pesos and Sixty-Seven Centavos (P1, 904, 366.67) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) as payment under the contract for the Construction of Cultural Stage.
2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 91840, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorship, partnerships, or organizations with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.
