Description : 1. The Local Government Unit of Brgy. Carapdapan, Salcedo, Eastern Samar, through its 20% Barangay Development Fund (BDF) CY 2024 & 2025, Municipal Aid CY 2024, and Grants and Donations CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of One Million Seventy-Six Thousand Pesos (₱1, 076, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Cultural Stage located at Barangay Carapdapan, Salcedo, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Brgy. Carapdapan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion in accordance with the 2016 Revised IRR of RA 9184.
