Tenders are invited for Construction of Crossing Manga, Romangaob - Ranao Pilayan Farm-to-Market Road, South Upi, Maguindanao (Lot 1) under Japanese Grant Assistance for the Programme for the Urgent Improvement of Socioeconomic Infrastructures Bangsamoro Region fy2022
Construction of Fmr at South Upi, Maguindanao (Sta. 00+000.00 to Sta. 04+331.11). Net Length = 4.331 Km (Road Opening) Net Length = 4.327km (Concreting) Completion of the Works is Required 300 Calendar Days from the Start Date Which is within Seven (7) Calendar Days from the Issuance of the Notice to Proceed (Ntp) by the Procuring Entity. Bidders should have Completed at Least One (1) Contract Similar to the Project within the Last Ten (10) Years from the Date of the Opening the Bids. The Description of an Eligible Bidder is Contained in the Bidding Documents, Particularly, in Sub-Section 5, Section Ii. Instructions to Bidders and the Section Iii Bid Data Sheet.
Upon request to the Procuring Entity by e-mail to the electronic address below with

expression of interest as per attached form, any interested bidders may obtain

further information and the Bidding Documents in English language with free of

charge, provided that such an electronic request shall be reached to the electronic

address given below before 17:00 (Philippines Time (PHT)) February 1, 2024. Any

electronic request after the deadline will not be replied by the Procuring Entity.

7. The Procuring Entity will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on February 7, 2023.

Prospective Bidders can attend a Pre-Bid Conference at on-line basis. The URL for

the Pre-Bid Conference will be informed to participants later by e-mail.

8. All Bids and required bid security must be duly received by Procuring Entity at the

address below on March 12 and 13, 2024, during office hours of the Procuring

Entity; 9:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 17:00(PHT).

Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders- representatives who choose to
