1.The Local Government Unit of the Municipality of Palompon, through the Continuing Fund 2022 for the Construction of CR-Liberty Park located at Brgy. Liberty, Palompon, Leyte amounting to Five Hundred Thousand (P 500, 000.00) Pesos intends to apply the sum of ive Hundred Thousand (P 500, 000.00) Pesos being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under Contract for No. 2024-2304-022- Construction of CR-Liberty Park. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
