Description : 1.The Local Government Unit of Magsaysay, Occidental Mindoro, through the 2026 Annual Budget approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (P 1, 100, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Covered Stage (Caguray Elementary School) in Barangay Caguray, Magsaysay, Occidental Mindoro with contract identification number of ITB-2026-031. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Local Government Unit of Magsaysay, Occidental Mindoro now invites bids for construction of 8m x 16m Covered Stage in Caguray Elementary School in Barangay Caguray, Magsaysay, Occidental Mindoro. Completion of the Works is required Seventy (70) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
