1) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF AGUSAN DEL SUR, through the 20% PDF CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION NINE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 2, 950, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF COVERED PATHWAY AT OPD & ABTC TO MORGUE AT D.O. PLAZA GOVERNMENT CENTER, PATIN-AY, PROSPERIDAD, AGUSAN DEL SUR with Contract Ref No. 26-66 BLDG. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF AGUSAN DEL SUR now invites bids for for CONSTRUCTION OF COVERED PATHWAY AT OPD & ABTC TO MORGUE AT D.O. PLAZA GOVERNMENT CENTER, PATIN-AY, PROSPERIDAD, AGUSAN DEL SUR with Contract Ref No. 26-66 BLDG. Completion of the Works is required 90 CD.
