Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Barangay Government of SAMBAL IBABA now invites bids for the supply of labor and materials for the CONSTRUCTION OF COVERED DRAINAGE CANAL AT BARANGAY SAMBAL IBABA, LEMERY, BATANGAS
