Construction of Covered Court & Stage
1. The Local Government Unit of Sumilao, through its loan granted from the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) intends to apply the sum of Php 8, 999, 123.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Covered Court and Stage located at Purok-5, Poblacion, Sumilao, Bukidnon. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Sumilao Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the the Construction of Covered Court and Stage with a total floor area of 876.00 square meter. Completion of Works is required 180 Calendar Days. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders (ITB). 3.
