1) The Municipality of Pinabacdao, through the 2025 Supplemental Budget intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php750, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF COVERED COURT ROOFING AND RECEPTION ROOM. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Pinabacdao now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF COVERED COURT ROOFING AND RECEPTION ROOM - Construction of covered court roofing and reception room with painting, electrical, water system, etc. at Brgy. 2 Poblacion. Completion of the Works is required 120 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
