Invitation to Bid:
1.The Local Government Unit of Rosario, through FY 2026 of Local Development Fund (20%) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Forty One Thousand (PHP 2, 241, 000.00) pesos being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Construction of Covered Court (Phase II) at Maligaya, Rosario, Agusan del Sur”. Completion of the Work is required 120 calendar days. The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the appropriation for the project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Local Government Unit of Rosario now invites bids for the above-entitled Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required as specified in Section VII (Specifications) of the Bidding Documents. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
