1. The Municipality of Calbiga, through the Budget for the contract approved by the Sanggunian (20% MDF for 2026) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Six Hundred Fifteen Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-Five Pesos & 50/100 Only (Php2, 615, 455.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Covered Court (Phase 1) at Barangay Patong, Calbiga, Samar, with Contract No. INF-2026-006. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Calbiga now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
