1. The Ministry of Public Works-Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (MPW-BARMM), Maguindanao Del Sur District Engineering Office, through the Supplemental Fund CY 2024 (SF 2024) intends to apply the sum of Php 4, 665, 700.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 24-SF53MS103 - Construction of Covered Court (Option 2), South Upi, Maguindanao Del Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Ministry of Public Works-Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (MPW-BARMM), Maguindanao Del Sur District Engineering Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 90 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
