The Municipality of Moalboal, Cebu, through the Trust Fund (PTO FA) Ck#860429 intends to apply the sum of Php. 3, 000, 000.00 (inclusive of VAT) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of a Covered Court at Moalboal Central Elementary School. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Municipality of Moalboal, Cebu now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the 2025 Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of RA No. 12009.
