CONSTRUCTION OF COVERED COURT AT BRGY. DUANGAN
1) The MUNICIPALITY OF PINAMUNGAJAN, CEBU, through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT PESOS AND 75/100 (PHP 1, 999, 898.75) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF COVERED COURT AT BRGY. DUANGAN, PINAMUNGAJAN, CEBU (INFRA 2602-007). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Pinamungajan, Cebu now invites bids for the abovementioned Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 75 CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed, within the last five (5) years prior the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
