1. The Municipal Government of La Trinidad, through the 20% Municipal Development Fund (MDF) 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-Seven and 60/100 Pesos (Php1, 999, 947.60) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Covered Canal at Sitio Rocky Side (POW-8751-2025-LBS-02). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
