Description : Invitation to Bid for CONSTRUCTION OF COTTAGES
1)The Local Government Unit of Santa Marcela, through the 20% MDF-2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Six Thousand One Hundred Twelve Pesos and Forty-Five Centavos (Php 2, 996, 112.45) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Cottages. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2)The Local Government of Santa Marcela now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF COTTAGES. Completion of the Works is required 180 CDs. Bidders should have completed, within the last 3 to 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3)Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
