Description : 1) The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office- MIMAROPA (DA-RFO-MIMAROPA) through the FY2026 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Nine Hundred Nineteen Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-Four Pesos & 77/100 (Php7, 919, 334.77) representing the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Corn Processing Center in Sta. Cruz, Occidental Mindoro. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DA-RFO-MIMAROPA now invites bids for the above procurement project using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB) award criterion. Completion of works is required in two hundred twenty-seven (227) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
