APECO-Infra-C-2026-05
1) The Aurora Pacific Economic Zone and Freeport Authority (APECO), through the Corporate Budget 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thirty-Two Million Pesos Only (Php132, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Convention Center Phase 1. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Aurora Pacific Economic Zone and Freeport Authority (APECO) now invites bids for Construction of Convention Center Phase 1. Completion of the Works is required within 365 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
