The Memorial is seeking a contractor to deliver the final building works for the Project. The aim of this procurement is to select a Construction Contractor to deliver the work to complete the Main Building (Contract). The work is described in Schedule 1 - Project and Scope Brief and is primarily at the northern end of the Main Building and includes staff facilities and the preparation for fit-out of areas that are being converted from back of house to galleries. The work includes four distinct scope areas : (a) Scope Area 1 - Hall of Valour; (b) Scope Area 2 - Central Gallery; (c) Scope Area 3 - Education and Staff Areas; and (d) Scope Area 4 - Humanitarian Galleries 1 and 2.
