General objectives of the work to be contracted: Single line. Construction contract for the Rancho Grande school In general, the main object of the contract is described as the construction of three 72m2 academic classrooms, a 79m2 dining room extension, a 72m2 preschool classroom, five monitors [classrooms and office], a 72m2 type 1 sanitary battery, earthworks, gabion retaining walls, perimeter mesh, access gates, electromechanical systems, elevated tank for drinking water, parking lot, warehouse, lobby, civic plaza, covered walkways, stove, furniture and connectivity equipment and demolition. Project background: ● The project is located in the province of Limón, in the canton of Talamanca, in the district of Bratsi. ● The project to provide educational infrastructure to the population of the Rancho Grande School has plans approved and endorsed by the CFIA.
The project does not have environmental viability issued by the National Environmental Technical Secretariat. The Contractor will be responsible for carrying out all the studies and procedures necessary to obtain the environmental viability of the project before the National Environmental Technical Secretariat (SETENA), in accordance with the Regulations for evaluation, control and environmental monitoring of SETENA [ref. Decree No. 43898 - MINAE-S- MOPT-MAGMEIC]. The construction of the Rancho Grande school must be carried out in accordance with the plans and specifications developed by the DIE.
