The technical services branch of the city of Tornio tenders the construction contract for the maintenance building of Tornio's Pohja stadium. The form of the contract is a shared contract, where the contractor of the construction works acts as the main contractor. The construction site includes the Pohja stadium according to the attached contract calculation documents for the construction of the maintenance building project. The construction site is Tornio, address Vapaudenkatu 4, 95400 Tornio. The form of the contract is a shared contract, where the contractor for construction technical works acts as the main contractor. In section 3.3 of the contract program (Appendix 1). the said works are performed as side works subordinated to the main contractor in accordance with the RT 80271 subordination agreement. All contract documents and supplementary documents are in the "Attachments and links" section of this RFP attached. By subordinating the subcontract (RT 80271, section 3.2), the city of Tornio, acting as developer and customer, transfers to the main contractor the coordination of different contractors and the obligation to ensure that subcontractors perform their work in the order indicated by their contract and the subordination agreement in accordance with the common schedule. Contractors become (RT 80271, section 6) with the subordination agreement mutual liability for damages negligently or intentionally for the damage caused. The civil engineering work contract, the HVAC contract and the electrical contract are performed as total contracts without index and currency linkage in accordance with the fixed payment installment table defined in the contract contract.
