INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PURCHASED OF CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE DRAINAGE CANAL
1. The Villa Pani-an, Estancia, Iloilo through 20% Development Fund 2026, intend to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED SIXTY TWO THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY PESOS ONLY. ( 162, 670.00 ) for the CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE DRAINAGE CANAL. Bids received in excess of the approved budget shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Barangay Villa Pani-an, Estancia, Iloilo now invites bids to all registered Supplier for Construction Materials of Brgy. Villa Pani-an.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary " pass/fail" creation as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations ( IRR ) of Republic Act ( RA ) 9184, other wise known as the " Government Procurement Reform Act".
