The Municipal Government of Balabac, through 20% MDF 2026 to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty One Pesos and 75/100 (Php. 2, 999, 781.75), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE WHARF PHASE 2 AT BARANGAY SALANG, BALABAC, PALAWAN with solicitation number of (021-MUN-INFRA-26). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
