1) The Local Government Unit of Gabaldon, through the Budget Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the amount of One Million Pesos Only (Php1, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Concrete Slope Protection Dike- Sitio Mabaldog Brgy. Ligaya. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Gabaldon now invites bids for Construction of Concrete Slope Protection Dike- Sitio Mabaldog Brgy. Ligaya with net length of 33 LM. Completion of the Works is required 150 CD. Bidders should have completed, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
