Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE ROAD
1. The LGU-Garchitorena, through the MEDF 2026, intends to apply the sum of Three Million Three Hundred Pesos Only (Php 3, 300, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the Construction of Concrete Road @Relocation Site. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU-Garchitorena now invites bids for Construction of Concrete Road @Relocation Site under the Most Advantageous Response Bid (MARB) procedure. Delivery of the goods/materials is required within Three (3) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive procedures using a non-discretionary pass/fail evaluation and the Most Advantageous Response Bid (MARB) system, with 85% allocated to the quality proposal and 15% to the price proposal, as the award criteria in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 12009.
