1. The Local Government Unit of Laoang, through the General Fund (1011-CO) component of the SB approved Municipal Budget intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Seventy Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Seven and 21/100 Pesos (Php2, 579, 747.21) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Concrete Pavement at Demo Farm Barangay Cangcahipos, Laoang, N. Samar with Project Description (construction of concrete pavement at Demo farm including drainage canal (chb) and riprap (stone masonry) / ITB- LNS 7-2026-INFRA-22. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Laoang now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 113 Calendar Days after the receipt of Notice to Proceed. ...
