1) The LGU Gamay, Northern Samar, through the 20% Development Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Php 1, 999, 888.34 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Concrete Pavement at Brgy. G.M. Osias, Gamay, Northern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LGU Gamay, Northern Samar now invites bids for Construction of 1.5m x 0.2m x 138m PCC Pavement Road Widening both sides including a one (1) unit of W=1.25m x H=1m x L=6m RCBC with wingwall at San Juan Street, Brgy. G.M. Osias, Gamay, Northern Samar. Completion of the Works is required within 60 C.D. Bidders should have completed, within August-October from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
