CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE PAVEMENT
1) The Municipality of Padre Burgos, through the 20% ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FUND (EDF) - CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos Only (P1, 000, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the Construction of Concrete Pavement at Sta. Sofia, Padre Burgos, Southern Leyte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Padre Burgos now invites bids Construction of Concrete Pavement. Completion of the Works is required Thirty-Six (36) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 year-s from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly,
